Georga, Athens November 11-Dec 19

Athens, Georgia, the home of my little brother Richard.  We came to enjoy a couple of weeks with Richard and Joyce as well as spending the Thanksgiving holiday with them.  It was a great visit, lots of good food, fellowship and game playing.

Kay and Richard making Grandma Moeller's biscuits.
They were so gooooood.
We cooked the turkey in Richard's church kitchen.  I told him it was done.
Now that is a good looking turkey.

Richard and Joyce's dog Emerson.  We looked after Emerson when Joyce and Richard headed to Chicago area for a funeral.  Zoe and Emerson are great buddies.

Kay and I flew back to Denver for 9 days to visit the Kids there.  We had our Christmas early in Denver with the Dows and Derrs.  Richard and Joyce watched Max and Zoe for us.  I don't think they even missed us.  Well not much.
Joyce cooking our Christmas Brunch.  We had a family Christmas on the 17th for the Moellers of Georgia.  Joyce is cooking a sausage roll.  We also had an egg casserole, grits, biscuits and gravy, and a lot of other goodies.
Here I am, praying that the rest of them get in here soon for I am very hungry.  Joyce's Christmas dishes made the table look so nice.

Max and Zoe have spotted Laney's toy lamb. They both wanted it.  I can't believe we got the dogs gifts.

We went to a Mexican restaurant after Richard and Joyce got back from Chicago.

After church on Sunday, we all went to a 50's restaurant downtown Athens.  They had real old fashion milk shakes. That was the first time I had one in many years.

Colorado, Denver December 01-12

A few days after we got to my brother Richard's home in Athens, GA, Kay and I flew back to Denver to visit the family for 9 days.  It was very nice and sunny the day we got there.  The next day it snowed.  Such is life in Colorado.  The first four days we stayed with Paul and his family, than the remainder of the time we were at Trevor home.

Colorado snow.  I am sure glad we are spending most of the winter in Florida this year.
Don't get me wrong.  I love Colorado snow as long as it stays in Colorado.
Paul just finished blowing the snow off the driveway.
